Hope. Healing. Restoration.
Walking with survivors since 1996.
Eagle's Wings exists to break the generational cycle of abuse by equipping the faith community to recognize, respond to, and prevent domestic violence.
Our founder
Judi Noble
Since founding Eagle's Wings in 1996, Judi Noble has walked alongside women the world told to stay quiet. What began as a calling became a life's work: staying in the fight long after others walked away, and learning, story by story, what it takes for a survivor to be believed, to be safe, and to heal.
Her conviction is simple and unshakeable: the church is meant to be the first place a survivor is believed, not the last. Eagle's Wings turns that conviction into equipping that lasts.
Our Executive Director
Tawni Rochelle
Tawni Rochelle leads Eagle's Wings as Executive Director. Tawni and her team are the ministry's main speakers and facilitators. Her work brings together ministry experience, entrepreneurial leadership, and advocacy for survivors and their children.
Judi Noble and Tawni developed an intentional mentorship, succession, and expansion plan together. Judi continues as Founder, discipling, mentoring, and guiding Tawni while finishing her next book. Tawni developed The Founders Program Framework alongside Judi, with her full support and endorsement.
Why we exist
The wound beneath the wound.
When survivors in faith communities finally speak, too often they are met with doubt instead of refuge. We call it the Secondary Trauma of Disbelief, and it keeps people in danger far longer than it should.
A disclosure deserves care
Listen without blame or pressure. A calm first response helps a survivor feel heard.
A warm handoff
Help people connect with qualified housing, legal, and community services. Eagle's Wings is not an emergency shelter or counseling clinic.
Equipped leaders
The people who can change a survivor's story are already in the room: pastors, staff, and volunteers. They don't need a degree. They need to be ready.
"You don't have to be an expert. You have to be someone who believes. That is the whole of it." Judi Noble, Founder
What we do
Love Does No Harm
Our flagship curriculum equips whole teams to recognize the signs of abuse and respond in ways that keep survivors safe. Around it, we walk with churches through leader training, coaching, and speaking, so readiness outlives any one person.
