The Founders Program Framework
Build a response that outlasts any one person.
Most churches meet abuse one crisis at a time. The Founders Program helps your leaders build a lasting, church-wide response, woven into how you care, so it doesn't depend on a single staff member being in the room.
Developed by Executive Director Tawni Rochelle alongside Founder Judi Noble. Led and facilitated by Tawni and her team.
The question behind the framework
How can our church be a safe place for God's children?
Leaders want to help. They also need to know what to say, who should respond, and how to care for someone without causing more harm.
When that knowledge rests with one person, a staff change can leave the whole church unsure. The framework gives your team a way to build shared understanding, clear responsibilities, and a response others can carry forward.
A letter from our Founder
Our care needs roots.
Dear church leader,
For 28 years, I have heard the questions behind your desire to help: How can our church be a safe place for God's children? What do we say when someone tells us they are being hurt? How do we care well when we are not sure what to do?
Those questions matter to me. A survivor should not have to hope that the one person who knows how to respond happens to be in the room. Our care needs roots. It needs people who listen, a shared plan, and leaders who prepare the next person to carry it forward.
That is why I fully support, recommend, and endorse The Founders Program Framework, developed by Tawni Rochelle alongside me. It is designed to help church leaders turn a willing heart into a shared response: recognizing harm, listening with care, knowing their responsibilities, and connecting people with qualified help. The goal is care that continues when a pastor moves, a volunteer steps away, or a new leader arrives.
Tawni and her team are carrying this work forward through speaking, facilitation, holistic trainings, workshops, eBooks, workbooks, journals, and other resources. As I continue mentoring Tawni and finishing my next book, I am grateful for the intentional mentorship, succession, and expansion plan we developed together.
Will you take the next step with us? Talk with Tawni and her team about a response your whole church can carry. God's children deserve a community that cares and keeps learning how to care well.
With hope,
Judi

Practice listening, taking a disclosure seriously, respecting choices, and identifying an appropriate next step.
Clarify responsibilities
Identify who responds, who supports that person, and how the team protects private information.
Connect with qualified help
Build relationships for warm handoffs to appropriate community, housing, and legal resources.
Make learning part of ministry
Use training, conversation, and reflection to put shared learning into everyday care.

An intentional next chapter
Leadership grows through relationship.
Judi and Tawni developed an intentional mentorship, succession, and expansion plan together. Tawni leads as Executive Director, with her team serving as the ministry's main speakers and facilitators.
Judi's ongoing mentorship carries the ministry's experience into this new chapter. The aim is the same for the churches we equip: knowledge shared, leaders prepared, and care that continues.
Is this a fit for your church?
Start with your pastors, staff, ministry leaders, and trusted volunteers. Tell us where your team feels ready and where you need support.
We will discuss your goals, the people involved, and the next step. An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not confirm enrollment or an event.
